Description
The Truffade is the traditionnal side dish in Auvergne. Prepared with roasted potates and melted "Tome of Cantal" cheese, with garlic and parsley, it is usually served with pork sausage.
Available at the stand warm to eat or cold in shrink-wrapped containers to go!
