On their return from a trip to the South Island, the participants will talk about the many challenges facing the NZ meat industry, the solutions envisaged by the New Zealanders and discuss the issues involved in a possible agreement between the EU and NZ. Moving upmarket is correlated with rising costs and the search for market opportunities, but the 'Clean & Green' image is open to debate.
