The experimental farms at Thorigné d'Anjou, La Blanche Maison and Trévarez have been looking at winter grazing for a number of years. In this conference, they will share the grazing practices they have put in place, the feed value of winter grass and the zootechnical performance of the animals that have grazed these meadows (growing animals or dairy cows).
