The CASDAR VICTOR project aims to produce tools for cattle and pig farmers in short distribution circuits to control the quality of their meat products while guaranteeing profitability. To achieve this, surveys have been carried out among farmers in 4 regions on the economy, work, hygiene and processing technology to establish the current situation.
