To improve the health status of rabbit farms, several levers are used, such as biosecurity, good vaccination practices and disinfection protocols, and ensuring that nutritional requirements are adequately covered by balanced feed. Techna's experts have also developed Imun’up, an additive solution designed to stimulate immunity through feed. Imun’up is composed of different plant extracts and vitamins, and aims to : • Increase the immune response especially through the production of antibodies (specific immunity) • Modulate inflammatory response (non-specific immunity) Imun’up aims to strengthen the immune status of rabbits and consequently improve productivity under challenging rearing conditions.. In the pre-stock and maternity stages, the use of Imun’up has improved the vaccination uptake of does (faster development of immunoglobulins), with benefits for the immune status of the young rabbits. Used in fattening, Imun’up has demonstrated its benefits in terms of viability (+30%), with an average IgA level multiplied by 2.4.
