A New Product in 2020
No skimming, no alteration. FaireFrance whole milk, collected from French farmers, undergoes only UHT processing at the LSDH dairy in Varennes-sur-Fouzon before being packaged in its carton. A Living Product FaireFrance whole milk is the only whole milk in France - except for fresh milk - to contain between 3.6 and 4.3% fat. Why such a range? Because milk is a living product, and the percentage of fat varies depending on the season and the animals' diet.
