Information

As part of the LIFE Carbon Farming project, which began in 2021 and will run until 2027, low-carbon practices are being implemented on 700 farms in 6 European countries. The aim is to assess the carbon footprint reductions achieved by farmers and to pay them for the tonnes of CO2 avoided, as well as to determine the costs of implementing these low-carbon projects.
