The 2022 campaign has been marked by an unprecedented rise in the price of raw materials, leading to a sharp increase in the IPAMPA for ewe's milk (+17.7%/2021). Against this backdrop, milk collection is down by 3% in 2021, and the increase in the price of milk (+2.3% in 2021) is unable to offset the sharp rise in production costs for farms. At the same time, the loss of household purchasing power has had a major impact on sales of ewe's milk cheeses, which are down by 7%.
