The LIFE Green Sheep project aims to set up and roll out a low-carbon, sustainable approach to sheep farming in Europe. The aim of this conference is to present the initial results of the project in France: the environmental and economic performance observatory and the action levers for reducing greenhouse gas emissions, through the testimonies of a meat sheep farmer and his advisor.
