FaireFrance's light cream, made with fair trade milk, arrived in stores in 2020. FaireFrance farmers, in response to numerous requests from consumers via social media and during hundreds of in-store promotions, listened to their requests and advice. This is how FaireFrance's light (semi-thick) cream (18% fat content) was born.
