Description
An agricultural engineer graduated from AgroParistech with a specialization in agricultural development, Laure Le Quéré joined the Shift Project's Agriculture project in April 2024. After four years of experience with a network of farmers committed to agroecological practices, she spent seven years as a consultant assisting agricultural cooperatives, interprofessional organizations, agri-food industries, and distributors, particularly in defining and implementing strategies for agroecology, circular economy, and low-carbon transition. Convinced by the strengths of French agricultural sectors and actors, she offers her perspective on the sector's constraints, levers, and their potential for a low-carbon and desirable agricultural trajectory by 2050.
