Under the combined impact of climate change and the geopolitical context, the volatility of agricultural commodity prices has increased in recent years. It affects all agricultural raw materials and the agri-food chain: farmers, breeders, cooperatives, manufacturers, distributors and consumers. New solutions need to be developed to help each player cope, thereby securing their income, cash flow and long-term future. These solutions, which complement existing tools such as those proposed by the Egalim mechanisms, must offer effective protection against price fluctuations. Quideos is committed to this approach by developing innovative hedging products to secure prices for all agricultural products.
