Côte d'Ivoire is a major agricultural and livestock country and a strategic gateway to the West African sub-region.
These sectors contribute 22% to GDP, more than 50% of export revenues and 2/3 of jobs!
The authorities of Côte d'Ivoire strongly support the development of agriculture and livestock through the National Agricultural Investment Plan (PNIA 2) 2018-2025, which mobilizes a budget of €18 billion and sectoral programs.
Team France for export is promoting this destination:
- MEDEF international will organize a mission to Côte d'Ivoire in December 2024.
- The Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region will support regional companies and organizations for a presence at the Salon de l'Agriculture et des Ressources Animaux, a leading trade fair, which will be held in Abidjan from May 23 to June 1, 2025.
