Description
The Reck Orka-EX submersible mixer, distributed in France by Agriest Élevage, is suitable for stirring and homogenizing biomass in biogas plants. It is used in digesters, post-digesters, digestate storage tanks, and pre-pits. Two models powered by an electric motor are available. The first, at low speed, has a propeller with a diameter between 1,250 and 1,500 mm. It operates at up to 70 rpm and is suitable for particularly viscous products. The second Orka-EX, known as high speed, is used with fluid substances. It rotates at a maximum speed of 370 rpm and receives a propeller with a diameter ranging from 430 to 600 mm.
