MSD SANTÉ ANIMALEBOVILIS CRYPTIUM®: First EU-licensed vaccine to administer to pregnant cows that protects calves against cryptosporidiosis

BOVILIS CRYPTIUM® is intended for the active immunization of pregnant cows to stimulate the production of antibodies in colostrum against Gp40 of C. parvum. It is the first maternal vaccine for cattle targeting C. parvum. C. parvum is a highly contagious zoonotic parasite that causes cryptosporidiosis, a significant gastrointestinal disease in cattle.
