The Setup/Breakdown badge is mandatory to access the exhibition area during the setup and breakdown phases. It is personal and linked to a unique email address for each individual. These periods are particularly sensitive due to construction activities, the use of machinery, and the handling of heavy materials. To ensure everyone’s safety, only duly authorized and trained persons are allowed in the area.

⚠️ Important: Only persons holding a “Setup/Breakdown” or “Exhibitor” badge will be allowed access to the site during these phases. If you already have an Exhibitor badge, there is no need to request a Setup/Breakdown badge.
