This conference highlights the sustainability of pastoral systems and animal welfare through grass-based grazing, as well as the unique characteristics of products derived from natural forage resources. Speakers from Bulgaria, Auvergne and the Pyrenees will talk about initiatives to promote these products at different levels: individual farms, cooperatives and regions. They will share their experiences to raise awareness of the quality of pastoral products and local expertise.
