The PEI (European Innovation Partnership) FILOLEMA aims to create simple local supply chains around bovine milk production using the fractionated harvest of alfalfa and red clover. The goal is to provide a response to the need for independence in local vegetable proteins in animal feed. Several partners have joined around this PEI Agri: AgrOnov, Trust’Ing, the Chamber of Agriculture of Saône-et-Loire, and the Institut Agro Dijon. The action is also supported by the Chamber of Agriculture of Burgundy-Franche-Comté.
