Biogas production through methanization has taken two opposite trajectories depending on the valorization method. Indeed, while the economic model for injection units is clear, the situation can be very different for cogeneration units. What current support exists for this historically important sector? What are the prospects for cogeneration units, and who can benefit from them? We will try to present an overview of the possibilities for agri-methanizers in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.
