The VICTOR - Short Supply Chain Meats project is coming to an end. After conducting surveys with short supply chain stakeholders (producers and customers) to identify their quality expectations, after investigating the technical and hygienic control by producers who process their own meats and meat products, and after evaluating the profitability and working time associated with this activity, the VICTOR project partners have developed useful tools to support livestock farmers in short supply chains. The genesis of these tools will be presented during a conference, and the tools themselves can be tested during a dedicated demonstration at the Institut de l'Elevage stand.
