Information

Jalogny is a 215-hectare agricultural operation, mainly dedicated to raising 150 Charolaise cows registered in the Herd Book and finished on site. It combines modernity and sustainability with renovated buildings, input savings, and exemplary landscape integration. The farm develops short circuits through a producers' shop and a processing workshop, while also producing renewable energies (methanization, photovoltaic panels, wood pellets). It also conducts applied research with the Institute of Livestock and diversifies its productions through agroforestry and equestrian partnerships.
