Description

RAPID is a hydro-pneumatic towed disc cultivator, suitable for cultivation of any type of soil (loose, medium, hard and stony). Rapid is fit for surface cultivations and it is adaptable to soft lands thanks to its different regulations. RAPID is an innovative disc cultivator and its features make it completely unique. It is an original machine that can do more than one operation at the same time: land grinding, mixing, cracking, levelling and stabilization. It allows working on every types of cultivation remains thanks to its independent working modules. The two-line arrangement of the discs ensures the forward advance of the machine as well as fuel and time remarkable saving. The soil deep penetration is ensured thanks to the machine independent parts provided with a non-stop hydropneumatic security system. The discs guarantee the machine straight advance avoiding lateral drifts and the consequent greater fuel consumption. In addition, the soil is worked homogeneously thanks to the discs arrangement by ensuring intensive mixing over the entire surface and up to the depth. They also guarantee the soil penetration in every condition by reducing the obstruction risks also in presence of many remains (corn, wheat or manure). Stubbles processing is an important step after harvest in order to manage weeds and incorporate vegetal residues in the land. RAPID working depth varies from 3 to 10 cm in order to ensure the remains homogene planting and the acceleration of their decomposing process.
