Description
The Remplacement Service embodies a spirit of solidarity among farmers, distinguishing itself from temporary employment companies or commercial enterprises. It operates on a humanistic principle among farmers to ensure the sustainability of their work tools during absences, whether voluntary or involuntary, which necessitates mutual assistance: collectively organizing their replacements. This ethos is particularly evident in the concept of "hardship insurance" embodied by the Service de Remplacement. The principle of solidarity is also reflected in the quality of employer group conferred upon the Service (notion of co-employers) and in the shared responsibility among its members.
